WorkWell Team Lead Fixed Term Contract to 31st March 2026 Salary Scale Point 28 (April 2024): £36,219.00 per annum (Full Time)
Working Hours: 4 days 9.00am-5.00pm, 1 day 11.00am – 7.00pm
Location: Based in our Cambridge office with hybrid working option and some travel across South and East Cambridgeshire.
WorkWell is an exciting new project that will look to support people across Cambridge City, East Cambs, and South Cambs in either getting back to work or enabling them to thrive at work.
The WorkWell Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team that provides personalised support and guidance to individuals with disabilities or health barriers, helping them to enter, return to, or stay in employment. The role involves leading by example in the assessment of the individuals' needs against WorkWell criteria, developing personalised action plans using 'What Matters to Me' conversations, and coordinating with employers and other stakeholders to facilitate successful employment outcomes.
The WorkWell Team Lead will also be responsible for the recruitment, training, and management of three WorkWell Coaches, a Personal Budget Coordinator, and a Screening and Partnership Coordinator. They will oversee robust data collection and reporting against key performance indicators.
The WorkWell Team Lead will focus on building a strong network of partner organisations and engaging with multi-agency meetings.
