Role Overview : We are seeking a passionate Tutor & Cover Supervisor to work across an SEMH setting, providing essential academic tutoring in core subjects and covering lessons in a supportive environment.
The role will be based in Cambridge and Wisbech, and candidates will need to be able to drive due to the nature of the role.
Key Responsibilities:Tutoring (Approx.
2 hours per day):Deliver tutoring in core curriculum subjects, including Maths, English, Functional Skills, and PSHE, to small groups of students.Tailor lessons to meet the individual needs of students, providing personalised support to enhance their academic progress.Help students develop key skills in numeracy, literacy, and personal development to build confidence and independence.
