Nursery Assistant/Nursery Practitioner

Nursery Practitioner A private childrens day nursery in Flitwick are currently recruiting for an experienced Nursery Practitioner.
The successful candidate will ideally hold a full and relevant Early Years Childcare qualification such as NVQ, EYE or recognised equivalent, you will also preferably have a minimum of 6 months nursery setting experience, demonstrating a sound understanding of both the EYFS framework and key worker practices.
Nursery Practitioner - Position Details Your role: Working as part of a team to provide a safe, caring and stimulating educational environment Supporting and promoting equality and diversity throughout all areas of care and practice Delivering activities to support childrens learning, development, and educational needs Completing observations, planning and providing next steps to extend and support childrens development What you will need: A full and relevant level 2 or level 3 Early Years Practitioner / Teaching qualification or for unqualified Nursery Assistants a minimum of 12 months Early Years nursery setting experience An understanding of the EYFS framework and regulations An understanding of planning, observing and record-keeping procedures Strong communication and organisational skills What the position offers: A starting salary of £11.60 - £14.45 per hour, negotiable depending on level Employee reward programme Training and career progression opportunities Pension and healthcare Free childcare provision To apply to this Nursery Practitioner position please submit your CV using the apply link.
