Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join the firms' corporate real estate team on an initial 3-6 month basis. This role offers an opportunity to work on significant real estate transactions, supporting a highly regarded team known for delivering market-leading legal services.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute corporate transactional work focused on real estate, including joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and offering innovative solutions. Oversee discrete legal work while ensuring exceptional client service. Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members, assisting in their development. Actively contribute to the team's knowledge base, participate in firm initiatives, and uphold firm values. Skills and Experience: Qualified lawyer with ideally 5+ years' PQE in corporate transactional work within real estate. Proficiency in drafting, negotiation, and project management, with a solid understanding of profitability and financial management. Strong technical and commercial awareness, combined with excellent communication skills. Why Join?
