This role focuses on driving deal flow and delivering tailored solutions to clients across a variety of sectors.
Based in Manchester, you'll play a pivotal role in the firm's continued growth in the North West region.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a strong network across the North West to generate deal flow and identify new opportunities.
Lead the execution of corporate finance transactions, including M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory projects.
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, private equity firms, and professional intermediaries.
Drive business development initiatives, taking ownership of the firm's presence and profile in the region.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Key Skills & Experience: Proven track record of originating and executing corporate finance deals in the lower to mid-market space.
Strong North West network and established relationships within the business community.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
