Corporate Finance Associate Swindon £50,000 + We are looking for an ambitious individual to join a high performing team of finance experts.
Someone with a passion for business and an interest in learning how to manage acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs and buy ins, along with fundraising for clients across all sectors.
Mentored by a team of experienced Corporate Finance professionals, you will have the opportunity to manage a range of deals in a small yet growing team.
This role will involve you in managing deals and client relationships from start to finish; taking part in initial client meetings and deal structuring, preparing financial models, creating business plans and help manage all aspects of the deal.
The corporate finance team are commercial and innovative, and believe the success of the firm is driven by ensuring that every employee maximises their potential within their role.
Experience required Qualified Accountant, ideally from an Audit background.
A strong desire to work in Corporate Finance Broad commercial experience gained in practice or industry.
A passion for delivering results.
Driving licence.
Experience of Acquisitions and Disposals is not necessary.

A salary of £50k is paid on starting
