Meraki Talent are supporting a renowned law firm in Basingstoke who are looking to appoint a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor (open on PQE)
This is a unique opportunity where the successful individual will be part of their team's growth offering plenty of future progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: You can expect to have a broad caseload dealing with matters such as M&A's, reorganisations, contracts, compliance, company law advice, data protection, IP, providing advice for Partnerships and LLPs to name a few You can expect to be involved in business development You will be part of the team's growth and will get the opportunity to potentially manage and supervise more junior members of the team.
Qualifications & Skills: England and Wales qualified solicitor Open on PQE but need to have previous corporate and commercial law experience Excellent drafting and advisory skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize effectively.
