Conveyancing Solicitor

Conveyancing Solicitor Our reputable client, based in Bridport are searching for a Conveyancing Solicitor (2 years + PQE) to join their Residential Conveyancing team.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients.
The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Attributes and responsibilities include: Managing an interesting and diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing.
Some commercial conveyancing experience would be preferable but not essential.
Providing precise, practical and effective advice and support to clients (and where appropriate other members within the conveyancing team).
Ensuring efficient client representation while maintaining the highest standards of service.
A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years + PQE or FCILEx/Licensed Conveyancer status.
A good level of experience of acting in residential conveyancing matters.
Benefits: Health Care Scheme, Additional days leave 22+ days, plus bank holiday entitlement and more besides There will look to provide an initial salary range of between £40,000 - £55,000, based on experience and PQE level.
This will then be reviewed, once established.
