They are looking for a part time employment solicitor.
In this role you will be working closely with the litigation team, managing a variety of contentious employment law matters.
The successful candidate will be an experienced solicitor with a passion for employment law, particularly in the areas of disputes and litigation.
Duties: Advising mainly employee clients on employment law matters such as settlement agreements and unfair dismissal claims.
Keeping up to date with all legal and regulatory developments.
Observing the SRA's Code of Conduct for Solicitors and maintaining appropriate standards of professional conduct.
Keeping up to date with employment law.
Time recording & billing to target.
Desired Skills: Qualified solicitor with experience in contentious employment law (minimum 3 years PQE preferred).
Possess a strong background in Employment law, including court and tribunal work.
Be a team player and able to manage a caseload independently.
Excellent technical and client care skills.
Business development and networking skills.
Be able to travel to firm's other offices in Dorset.
What they offer: Salary dependent on experience £40,000 - £50,000.
