Venari Legal are delighted to be working with one of our long standing clients who are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their team.
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

The role can be based in one of their offices either based in the city centre of Glasgow or a town based on the outskirts of Glasgow.

Duties:
- Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions
- Conduct property searches and review legal documents
- Prepare contracts, transfer deeds, and other necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transactions
- Ensure timely completion of all conveyancing matters
Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Residential Conveyancer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of conveyancing procedures
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
