Job Opportunity: Operations Manager – Plumbing & Heating Sector

Location: Wigan

Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the plumbing and heating sector to join our dynamic team in Wigan. This is a key leadership role where you will oversee the operational functions of multiple projects, ensuring quality service delivery and driving efficiency across all sites.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations within the plumbing and heating division, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Manage and coordinate field teams, ensuring adherence to health & safety regulations and industry standards. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships and resolve any operational issues. Monitor project performance, implement operational improvements, and ensure KPIs are met. Collaborate with the senior management team to drive business growth and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including gas safety, building codes, and industry best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in an Operations Manager role, specifically within the plumbing and heating sector. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of plumbing, heating systems, and gas safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on driving operational efficiency. Full UK driving license is essential.
