Contracts Manager

The Company:
We are working with a long established, family-owned business who are one of the most successful affordable house builders in the North West. They are renowned for their training and development schemes and are big on social value work. They have an excellent reputation within the market and have a low staff turnover. They have a healthy pipeline of work for the next +12 months and are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team.

The Role:
You will oversee 2-3 schemes at any one time. The role is split between the office and visits to sites and clients where and when required. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager, ideally with affordable housing experience. Work tends to be in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Merseyside areas, so being centrally based will be beneficial.
