Our client is a well-established fit-out and refurbishment company based in Greater Manchester. A lot of their projects are within the hospitality sector and are high-end refurbishment and fit-outs. They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.
About the Role The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing multiple fast-track fit-out projects in the retail/hospitality sector from inception to completion. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, this role requires a proven track record of successfully leading projects from £100k to £5m.
Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple fast-track fit-out projects simultaneously Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and satisfactory client outcomes Requirements and Qualifications: Prior experience working on fast-track fit-out projects, ideally within the retail/hospitality sector Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines Full UK driving licence, with a clean driving record Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
