Contracts Manager

Job Title : Contracts Manager Thorn Baker has teamed up with a growing SME housing developer who specialises in the construction of new sustainable, high-quality bespoke residential homes , put together with the latest interior styles of modern and luxury living.
Due to an increase in business, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to o versee between 2-3 housing sites ranging from 10-50 units.
What's in it for you: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum C ar allowance D iscretionary bonus scheme Progression to Operations Manager / Director level Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement project strategy and delivery programme Ensure effective communication and implementation to deliver the project on time Ensure regular monitoring and reporting on progress, and instigate corrective actions as required Manage the operational aspects of the project to achieve the budget Review performance against targets Identify and manage potential risks and opportunities Manage project handover and ensure defect / snag free completion Lead and motivate the project teams and the supply chain to deliver the projectssafely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality whilst exceeding our clients' expectations Required Skills: Minimum of 3 years ' experience as a Contracts Manager Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures Excellent communication and organisational skills C omputer literate CSCS card holder Able to encourage, mentor and coach other members within the Team   For more information on the role please contact Chloe at Thorn Baker on 07733 314 668 or email: ******   TCH01
