As a Contracts Manager, you'll oversee up to 40 renewable energy projects at once, managing everything from scheduling and site visits to commissioning and client communication.
You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards while leading a small team of engineers.
With the company expanding rapidly, you'll also have the chance to shape processes and grow your team as the business scales.
We're looking for a proactive, results-driven leader with at least 18 months of experience in project management or renewable energy engineering.
You'll be highly organized, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple projects and leading a team.
As the first person in this role, you'll need to be adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate about driving the growth of a company making a real impact in renewable energy.
