Join Bureau Veritas: Exciting Opportunity for a Contract Support Administrator Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for client service and contract delivery?
Bureau Veritas is looking for a Contract Support Administrator to provide vital support across our client and internal systems, ensuring the seamless execution of contracts and services.
This hybrid role offers a flexible work schedule split between the office and home.
Role Purpose: As a Contract Delivery Support Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by ensuring that all contractual requirements are met on time, every time.
You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and third-party partners to maintain accurate data, monitor KPIs, and ensure effective delivery of periodic inspections and services.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update accurate asset and contract information in Bureau Veritas and client systems.
Ensure all scheduled activities, including inspections, audits, and surveys, are updated and tracked.
Coordinate site-specific training and ensure compliance with permits and access requirements.
Provide valuable support to the Account Manager by being the central point of contact for internal and external queries.
Monitor KPIs, invoicing, and deliverables, providing insightful reports to the client and attending meetings when necessary.
Develop strong working relationships with clients, FM service providers, and internal teams.
Actively contribute to process improvements and promote the 'One BV' culture.
What We're Looking For: Experience: IT literate with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office Suite.
Proven ability to analyse data and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and client-focused approach.
Skills: Proactive, multi-tasking, and service delivery focused.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to new challenges.
Qualifications: GCSEs or A-Level equivalent.
Experience in finance/invoicing systems is an advantage.
