Contract Manager - Warrington Contract Manager What is the key purpose of this role?
Job Purpose To support the Senior Commercial Manager and contribute to the success of the Commercial Division.
To understand our market and competitors and to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Responsible for managing specified commercial aspects of existing contracts and to develop contract/pricing strategies in line with company policies/procedures and to lead on specified aspects of contract negotiations for existing agreements with minimal supervision.
What are the key deliverables and accountabilities of the role?
Key accountabilities Key Expectations of the Job Holder Delivery responsibilities: To deliver contract management activities associated with the implementation of Japanese PNTL transport contracts associated with MOX, Residue, JU RU, Spent Fuel, and other transport support business (including Global Acceptance) Negotiation of sales and purchasing contracts - Ensuring that contracts recommended for signature meet, or exceed, Company targets.
Lead the Price Review process for the HLW, ILW and MOX Transport Agreements Contract Administration - Successful management of all contractual provisions to maximise the benefits to the Company.
