We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant Artizen Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of Artizen Restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and quality.
Manage and train staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Curate and update the wine and food menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Collaborate with the executive chef on menu planning and specials.
Monitor inventory and manage supplier relationships.
Qualifications: Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fine dining setting.
Strong knowledge of wines and food pairings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
