Contract Manager Salary: Up to £75k plus company car and 5% bonus Location: Oxford We are seeking a Contract Manager to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis (40 hours per week).
You will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of the facility, ensuring the seamless functioning of all building systems, including HVAC, clean rooms, laboratories, and office spaces.
This is a Total Facilities Management (TFM) contract, which also covers cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance.
