Fire and Security Contracts Manager Park Street or Chichester or Rochester or Peterborough Up to £64,000 Permanent We are looking to recruit a Fire Safety and Security Contracts Manager.

As the Fire and Security Contracts Manager, you will be working within the Safer Homes and Neighbourhoods team to manage external contractors, ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, and ensure safety projects are delivered to time and within budget.
Responsibilities: Work collaboratively across the business to improve customer safety Ensure contractor performance is actively managed and implement improvements as needed use technology and data to simplify how we work Deliver great communications to customers so they understand and welcome safety works in their home Reduce costs to the business and to customers from cyclical compliance programmes Manage a significant and complex budget providing lucid reports on financial performance to the wider business Skills and Experience Required: Knowledge of fire and building safety regulations, codes, and standards with a willingness to learn more in role.
Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to allocate resources and monitor performance effectively.
Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills.
