Contract Administrator

There's a permanent part time opportunity for you here as a Contract Administrator at our office based in Wigan.
This is a 30 hour contract covering Monday to Friday.

The Role
• Provide a point of contact for customers, technical staff/engineers, support staff and management.

• Issue and follow-up of Engineers' work orders and updating information onto a database.

• Updating holiday and sickness records.

• Provide telephone support and answer calls in a professional manner.

• Research, prepare and supply information as requested.

• Draft and prepare documentation for invoicing.

• Collate all paperwork in order to evaluate and produce draft invoices.

• Obtain, organise and monitor the use of materials and equipment.

• Operate a CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system e.g.
Concept/Evolution.

• Provide technical and statistical information for the department, in conjunction with the Mobile Resources Co-ordinator.

• Data inputting, archiving, arranging meetings.

• Undertake day to day typing/administration in association with the commercial and helpdesk operations.

• Assist in undertaking office duties, which are required to fulfil our contractual obligations.

• Act as a central source of information dealing directly with customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.

• Ensuring all technician paperwork is received by the office in a timely manner.

• Ensuring KPI's/SLA's are met.

• Maintain compliance records in line with statutory regulations.

• Undertake any other reasonable duty as directed by your line manager.

• Construct staff rotas to ensure that each shift is covered.

• Logging of incident report and ensure that it is sent to all the relevant departments.

• Good working relationships with site staff.

• Carryout site inductions
• Support with both internal & external audits
Hours of Work
• Monday to Friday, part time 30 hours per week
Qualifications and Experience Required:
The knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience relevant to the position are:
Essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

• To prioritise own workload.

• Excellent communication skills
Desirable
• Knowledge of scheduling sub-contractors.
