JOB REF: 7761.• Applications are sought from Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE in contentious matters• This highly reputable team challenges to the validity of a will, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel claims, landed estates, claims for the repayment of lifetime gifts and international issues.• You will be an ambitious individual with the confidence to communicate with clients and use their own initiative to progress matters independently is required to be successful in this role.• It is essential that the successful Probate Solicitor is happy to work independently but also keen to play a key role in the success of this growing team.• Competitive remuneration package on offer• Flexible working arrangements availableeNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
