The Family Team The Family Team at Trethowans are specialists in the field, providing advice on a wide range of family law issues. From helping our clients resolve financial matters or the arrangements for children without court, to helping them navigate highly contested disputes or fine-tuning an agreement already reached.
The Role We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join our well-regarded and award-winning Family Team based in our Salisbury office.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience and will have gained experience in all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, financial provision, and children. A member of Resolution and ideally collaborative or mediation trained, although this is not essential.
The successful candidate will help to support the existing team, in offering a high-quality client-focused service to our extensive client base. The successful candidate will also need to take an active role in marketing and business development, so should have experience in this area.
