Job Title – Consultant Ambassador– Fratelli Branca Location – Flexibility to be based in any key major city in the UK About Us This part time consultancy opportunity offers a fantastic opportunity to partner with one of the most exciting spirits companies in the World, Sazerac UK is one of the UK's leading spirit distributors and brand builders representing an award-winning range of Sazerac owned and third-party agency spirit brands.
Contract Purpose Building the Fratelli Branca portfolio with consumers and customers and educating through ambassadorial activation within the UK market, recruiting bartenders and consumers into the Branca family in customer venues and at relevant consumer and trade shows.
Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures: Collaborate with the UK sales and marketing team to lead execution of the UK Fratelli Branca advocacy plan.
Determine high opportunity customers within the on-trade and wholesale sectors in priority UK cities.
Build and grow customer relationships to increase meaningful distribution and brand build.
Spend time with end users to develop a 'need and demand' for the portfolio, driving share of mind and visibility of the Branca portfolio among trade and consumers.
Showcase the portfolio range and key expressions in the right venues, integrating priority customer activity into brand plans to drive rate of sale.
Drive share of mind and visibility among thought-leading bars and restaurants, and grassroots advocacy among bartenders in UK key cities.
Event ideation and management within the advocacy plan.
Be flexible in your time and approach, events, tastings, evenings and or weekends will be necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: A passion and love for the drinks industry and cocktail culture.
Have an awareness/interest in new market trends and consumer insight.
Existing knowledge and experience with on trade and wholesale customers Worked for a manufacturer selling either direct to end users or via distribution partners.
Operate with integrity and professionalism.
Be tenacious and creative with your new business approach.
Have worked collaboratively with clients to create 'win-win' partnerships.
Worked within the food & beverage sector with ambassadorial experience Networked throughout an organisation (both internal & external) Personal Characteristics: A highly passionate and motivated team member.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, credibility, trust, and respect both internally and externally.
Creative with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion to build and develop the on-trade business.
Strong relationship management skills Ability to influence at a variety of levels from the buyer, sales team, bartender, manager and owner.
