On behalf of The Ministry of Justice, we are looking for a Construction Health & Safety Manager (Inside IR35) for a 6-month contract based in London, with a requirement to travel to required sites as and when requested, travel expenses can be claimed for travel to the various sites.

As a Constuction Health and Safety Manager, your main responsibilities will be: * Support the delivery of Government Soft Landings and programmes such as Digital Construction providing the necessary input and resource from the team as required * Support the day-to-day customer engagement from a health and perspective * Support the Prison Infrastructure team to deliver our construction projects in a safe manner, with H&S at the heart of what we do * The strategic and technical support to the MoJ Property directorate, ensuring the safe delivery of construction projects for the group * Assist with the day-to-day contractor and supply chain engagement from a health and safety perspective Essential: * CTC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role * To have a professionally recognised health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH and have CMIOSH membership with IOSH or similar or working towards) and a background in health and safety construction deliver * You will have a strong background of the delivery of complex construction programmes across a widely varying estate Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
