Concierge Abbatt Property Recruitment are currently recruiting Temporary Concierges for the Christmas period at numerous residential developments located throughout London.

As a Temporary Concierge you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors at the developments; you will be the first and main point of contact for all queries.
Your key day-to-day duties will involve operation of the Concierge Desk, reporting to head office management and monitoring on-site security.
These positions are primarily customer focused and require that you meet and greet all residents and visitors.
As a concierge you will create a positive first impression and provide superior levels of customer service that meets residents needs and expectations as well as representing Abbatt Property Recruitment.
Concierge key duties: Ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services Receiving and keeping safe registered mail and deliveries for residents Building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues Conducting regular site inspections and operations Accurate handling of keys and monitoring access Acting as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests Helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff The ideal candidate will have significant experience gained within a similar concierge role and a background in delivering excellent customer service.
