As a Concierge, you'll be the bridge between our guests and the best that London has to offer.
Your mission: provide friendly, courteous, and proficient service in all Front of House areas while embodying Shangri-La's 'Hospitality from the Heart' motto.
From recommending local restaurants, theaters, and activities to helping guests plan their stay, you'll be a wellspring of knowledge about the local area.
We're on the lookout for someone with prior experience in a similar environment, someone who understands the significance of Forbes standards.
Your appearance will be immaculate, and your motivation and positive attitude will shine through.
