Computer Science Teacher Role: In-depth knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 Computer Science curriculumEffective organization and professional management of the classroom and its resourcesCollaboration with other staff members, both in the classroom and school-wideAbility to assess students, track their progress, and provide constructive feedback to foster their developmentSkill in planning and delivering engaging and comprehensive lessonsAdherence to school policies and consistent implementation of these standardsComputer Science Requirements: Hold QTS or an equivalent qualificationRecent experience as a Computer Science Teacher in a mainstream Secondary School Strong classroom and behaviour management skillsA degree in English or a related field is desirableWhy Step Teachers?
