We are currently supporting one of our clients in their search for a skilled CNC Miller with expertise in operating Heidenhain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and technical operations, with a focus on precision machining.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling machines using Heidenhain Controls to produce high-quality components Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements Utilize measuring tools such as micrometres and gauges to ensure accurate dimensions of machined parts Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC Miller with expertise in operating Heidenhain Controls Strong knowledge of engineering principles and machining techniques Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometres and gauges accurately Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting As a CNC Miller with expertise in Heidenhain Controls, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components. You will work closely with technical drawings to ensure accurate dimensions and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
