Compliance Specialist

Compliance Associate Global Fintech City of London Office Up to £80K plus bonus and benefits Fidarsi are currently representing a rapidly expanding Fintech trading firm that are revolutionizing the way retail customers trade, save and accumulate wealth, through a combination of technology and innovative products.
With extensive hiring happening across the firm they are now looking to recruit a generalist compliance associate to report to the UK head of of compliance.
This is a fantastic role for candidates with at least 18 months experience in compliance where you will have gained an understanding of the FCA rules and regulations.
This is a broad role that will encompass advisory, monitoring, core compliance activities as well as training.
Part of a wider compliance function of circa 20 people, as a generalist you will perform a key role in operating the compliance framework and will have exposure to all parts of the business.
We are looking to speak with individuals that wish to progress their career within compliance; that have all ready gained an understanding of compliance areas such as risk assessments, 2nd line monitoring, financial promotions, SMCR and training and are now wanting to take that experience to the next level in a rapidly expanding and evolving fintech.
Salary for this role will be up to £80k plus bonus and benefits.
