Compliance Officer - Private Equity - Up To £100K Base + Strong Bonus

A leading private equity firm is looking to add a Compliance Officer into their expanding team.
The firm are well established and are capitalising on consecutive years of exceptional performance, where they have doubled in both headcount and AUM.
The Compliance Officer will work directly with the CCO, in a broad generalist role.
There will be an initial focus on compliance, covering everything from core compliance to advisory.
There will also be the opportunity to be involved in legal responsibilities from day one, including NDAs and documentation.
As you progress and grow into the role, you will be able to have a larger legal remit.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a generalist role on the buy-side.
Exceptional sell-side candidates will also be considered.
Candidates with legal backgrounds / experience will also be strongly preferred.
