By leveraging continuous improvement methodologies, the role will drive sustainable enhancements to existing compliance systems and processes, ensuring compliance requirements across engineering are consistently met.
Key responsibilities: Own and drive compliance with Quality Management Systems and Safety systems within Engineering.
Management and governance of engineering safety and quality KPI's.
Provide management and oversight of the following key compliance areas within Engineering: GES, QMS, Eng Alerts, Legionella, Asbestos, TP13, Technical Authority, Risk Management, Maturity Assessments.
Ensure documentation periodic review and retention is managed.
Manage the department Self Inspection Audit/Management Monitoring program.
Ownership of the Engineering Change Control and MC process Support GMP and safety audits including fronting as required.
Manage and chair department councils & engineering governance meetings.
Deliver GMP training as required for the department.
