The Compliance Assistant duties include scheduling appointment visits and issuing tenant correspondence, monitoring progress against planned service programmes, recording/updating all service visit data, asset management, processing invoices as required, liaising closely with all members of Bield staff to ensure continuity of service.The CandidateThis opportunity seeks a candidate with significant relevant experience in an administrative role within housing or similar service based sector.
You will need excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to liaise with contractors, customers, local staff, local authority departments and members of the public.The successful candidate will have good IT skills in word processing, spread sheets and asset management systems and ideally have experience in working with a computerised repair/asset management system.
