For 30 years we've been independently developing and publishing incredible video games at our multiple studios founded by Jason & Chris Kingsley, but Rebellion is more than just games.
We have our own film and mo-cap studio, we create board games, publish books, and through 2000AD, publish comics and graphic novels such as the amazing Judge Dredd.
We are on the lookout for a talented and dynamic Community Manager to play a key role within our gaming communities and propel our presence on social media platforms.
Working within our Marketing department as part of the Community Management team, this role will develop and execute social media and community plans for Rebellion's games, with each Community Manager focusing on one franchise, whilst supporting on others.
The Rebellion Community team is a vital link between the players and our development teams, providing the much-needed day-to-day communications to achieve high-levels of sentiment and information flow.
This role is based at our riverside headquarters in Oxford, offering a creative and relaxed atmosphere where teamwork drives our success.

Responsibilities: Updating and delivering various marketing, development and social information through forums, social media channels, blogs, website, and third-party contacts.
Continuously looking for ways to engage and grow our games communities, specifically via Rebellion's social and community channels.
Collating and curating community feedback throughout different beta/Early Access programs, in addition to assisting with program administration.
Create and manage processes to track and keep monitored each communication activation making sure our qualitative and quantitative objectives are always properly met.
Forging strong and trusted relationships with key evangelists and influencers of our gamers and of our gaming genres, and encouraging friendly, constructive interaction across our channels.
Working alongside Product Marketing and PR to ensure community initiatives are primed, timed and apt to our audiences.
Run innovative campaigns, competitions and experiences across our social media and community channels.
Support the wider Marketing and Community team when various other products reach peak activity during their campaign cycle.RequirementsExcellent knowledge of current online game communities.
Enthusiastic gaming knowledge, especially regarding the shooter and action genres.
Previous online moderation/admin experience that can be viewed online.
Tactics to grow multiple social channels.
Passionate about new digital channels, new trends, new rising areas of online opportunity.
Ability to communicate detailed solutions to any problems encountered.
Able to manage the demands of numerous people and tasks.
Presentation skills.
Previous experience working as a Community Manager in the gaming industry.
