Role: Community Business Team Manager  Salary Band: £40,000 - £48,000  Contract: Permanent  Hours: Full time (40 hpw)  Location: Woodstock, Oxfordshire About the Employer  Our client is a national charity supporting people in rural areas to set up and run successful businesses in community ownership.
They do this to achieve their UK-wide vision for resilient, thriving and inclusive rural communities.
Community-owned businesses are owned and controlled by community members, who each have an equal and democratic say in how the business is run.
They can be any type of business ranging from village shops, pubs and cafes, through to woodlands, fisheries and farms.
About the Role With more communities than ever contacting this organisation to access advice and support services, they are excited to promote the opportunity to join them as their Community Business Team Manager.
This full-time position offers the right candidate an opportunity to manage the Community Business Team and ensure the delivery of high quality business support.
