Position: Commissioning Home Manager Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire Salary: £126,000 Contract Type: Permanent Remit: Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Commissioning Home Manager for their beautiful new luxury Nursing Home based in Stoke-on-Trent.

The home provides person-centred care to elderly residents who require general nursing, respite, residential care, and specialist dementia care.

Stage One – Video call interview with the HR Business Partner & Regional Director Stage Two - Video call interview with the SMT The Candidate: Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within nursing homes Care home commissioning experience is advantageous Great clinical oversight Possess strong commercial acumen Excellent communicative skills Demonstrate excellent leadership Knowledgeable of CQC criteria Driving license and own vehicle are required Location: The care home is based in Stoke-on-Trent and is commutable from Birmingham, Crewe, Derby, Manchester, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.
