You will be assisting in day-to-day production of the pastry section to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and you will be preparing dishes on a daily basis according to business requirement.
This will include following all recipes and methods from the Head Pastry Chef and Senior Pastry team, having a basic knowledge of classic patisserie and refinement of pastry skills.
