Commis Chef - Hotel We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Commis Chef to work within the hotel's kitchen alongside an experienced Head Chef and his team in this lovely town centre hotel.
As Commis Chef you will be producing dishes for the hotel's main restaurant, lounge bar and banqueting departments.

The Person The ideal Commis Chef will have the following: Experience as a Commis or demi chef in 4/5 hotels or fine dining.
Fresh food background essential local to Windsor or with own transport A desire to learn and progress.
Happy working shifts as required- straights shifts.
