JOB TITLE: Commercial Lawyer (Projects) PQE: 5+ PQE LOCATION: Cambridge SALARY: £DOE OVERVIEW: • Joining a leading firm specialising in high value commercial projects with a strong focus on student accommodation work, this expanding team prides itself on delivering exceptional legal services and navigating complex contracts with expertise and integrity.
• An experienced Commercial Lawyer ideally with a background in student accommodation is sought to deal with high-value projects as well as detailed contacts and manage a diverse range of complex matters.
• You will have at least 5 years of experience and possess the ability to provide expert advice on a diverse range of contractual matters including the procurement of buildings, lease structures and some joint ventures on behalf of universities and private sector clients.
• As the appointed Solicitor you will develop and maintain strong client relationships and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of dealing with complex contracts and high-quality work.
• Ideal Lawyers will have some familiarity with procurement processes and possess strong business development skills to further develop the firms' offerings.
