Commercial Sales & Estimating Manager

Reports to: Commercial Director Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Purpose of the Role: The Commercial Sales and Estimating Manager will manage and lead a team of estimators, ensuring that projects align with company targets while maintaining accuracy and managing risks.
This role is pivotal in securing new business, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Lead and manage the Estimating Team, providing training and support to enhance skills while identifying new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships to drive growth and repeat business.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to improve visibility and client engagement, and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
Conduct site surveys for refurbishment projects, ensuring accurate data collection for quotations that adhere to pricing structures and margins.
Oversee the project pipeline, providing regular sales updates, and utilise CRM systems to track project data and client interactions.
Evaluate and recommend software improvements to optimise team efficiency, support negotiations to convert quotes into orders, review contracts for alignment with company quotations, and ensure seamless project handovers to the Operations Team.
