We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and inspire our sales team, driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, perfect for a sales leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the sales process.
Lead, coach, and develop a sales team comprising a new business development rep, two account managers, two customer success managers, one partner manager and two sales development reps.
~ Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expanding our footprint in the managed cyber security services market.
~ Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with market opportunities.
~ Identify new market trends, opportunities, and areas for growth, positioning CyberOne as a leader in managed security services.
~ 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within the managed security services or broader IT services industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
