The Opportunity The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of commercial property matters, including: Sales and acquisitions of commercial properties.
Landlord and tenant matters, including lease grants, assignments, and renewals.
Development agreements and property refinancing.
Portfolio management for commercial clients.
Navigating Land Registry processes and handling SDLT submissions.
This role also involves working closely with the firm's senior leadership, offering the chance to influence the strategic growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities Handling commercial property transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Growing the department by expanding the client base and generating new business.
Preparing and managing sensitive documents under tight deadlines.
