Looking for soing a little different We are working with this specialist subcontractor in the housing sector to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager to join the leadership team for this sub contracting / Manufacturing business catering to a wide range of construction businesses and sectors.
The company are a high growth business with a wellelished client base and a high level of repeat business with blue chip clients.
Requirements This fast growth and the companies new group structure require that we recruit an experienced Commercial Manager to work with the existing Exec team to manage the commercial functions of the business effectively working with both the in house Finance Management and Group Accounting team.
Day to day responsibilities will include forecasting and managing Project Cashflows creating CVRs for Group review Managing Contract negotiations elishing T&Cs for new contracts and managing any ongoing commercial conditions including management of any EOTs and generally leading the commercial function of the business.
You will also be responsible for managing more junior Commercial Quantity Surveyors and other team members.
You will be based at the business Headquarters in Kent with regular travel to sites across the south.
