Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Our client is an opportunity for you to join an award-winning, Legal 500 firm with a busy litigation department that will offer excellent growth opportunities and career prospects.
You will be taking over an extensive and varied workload in a busy department.
Salary £50,000 - £70,000 Requirements: You will be a confident and skilled litigator with ideally 2+ years PQE To demonstrate excellent communication and strategy skills, and able to articulate to clients advice and steps forward.
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment whilst also supporting other team members and other departments in the firm.
Able to work autonomously, with focus on department growth and self growth in role.
Type of Work: The type of work that you will be required to deal with are as follows: Property Litigation Boundary Disputes Adverse Possession Landlord and Tenant Disputes Business Disputes Shareholder and Partnership Disputes Companies Act and Directors Duties Disputes Breach of Contract Claims Insolvency Work Bankruptcy Winding Up and Liquidation Debt recovery TOLATA Claims Experience in all the main areas of litigation is critical.
