As a Commercial Information Officer your responsibilities are vital to the success of our retail channels and, by extension, the well-being of our community.
You will develop successful relationships with external stakeholders to ensure robust processes are in place and accurate data is provided so that the statutory requirements of concessionary travel schemes are met.
This role will also be responsible for ensuring that all customer facing concessions and ticketing information is accurate and impartial.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Attention to detail is key!
You will take a lead in being in the know when it comes to all ticketing and retail channel queries; you'll be great at building relationships with external partners such as local authority groups and engaging with our internal stakeholders.
We would love speak to candidates who understand the importance of customer information and are keen to lend a hand when it comes to identifying information and spotting trends.
You will be central in supporting projects to improve the TSY mobile app, pilot free child travel and improve our online customer experience.
