Who We're Looking For: Financial Services Experience: Proven track record in commercial finance, corporate lending, financial advisory for SMEs, or similar fields.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance products relevant to business lending, including asset finance, trade finance, and working capital loans.
Client Relationship Skills: Ability to build and manage client relationships independently while delivering a premium advisory experience.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-driven and proactive, with a collaborative approach to leveraging a supportive network of finance professionals.
Note: Candidates with exclusive experience in residential or buy-to-let mortgages may not be the ideal fit for this role, which focuses on commercial debt solutions for businesses.
