The role: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Commercial Director to lead and manage the commercial operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction or engineering sector, with a particular focus on MEP systems.
The Commercial Director will be responsible for driving the company's growth by developing and executing strategic commercial initiatives, managing client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of project financial performance.
Key Responsibilities include: Financial Management of projects Contract Management Commercial Strategy and Compliance Team Leadership Client and Stakeholder Engagement Project Closeout and Reporting Business Development A full job description is available upon request Skills & Qualifications: Education: Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial leadership role within the MEP, construction, or engineering sectors, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and business growth.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve disputes effectively.
