About the Role:We are seeking a commercially minded candidate passionate about fresh produce.
This role offers significant development opportunities within the fresh produce industry.Key Responsibilities:Support Senior Commercial Managers in all commercial functions.Build relationships with buying, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.Drive sales and manage key accounts from a supply chain perspective.Maintain stock and financial accuracy.Work hands-on with various commercial tasks, learning from different team members.Utilize fresh produce and supply chain experience to create solutions and spot potential issues.Requirements:Experience supplying a range of customers in different sectors (retail, wholesale, fresh cut, catering).Can-do attitude and ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent Excel skills and organizational abilities.Experience in the fresh produce sector and excellent communication skills.Salary£35,000 - £45,000
