Job Summary: In this role, you'll manage and expand a portfolio of commercial properties in and around Essex, working closely with landlords, investors, and business owners.
You'll be responsible for listing stock, winning new business, and delivering outstanding results.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in commercial real estate, with an ambition to step up and grow into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively list and market commercial properties, focusing on driving new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
Lead property viewings, handle negotiations, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Provide clients with market insights, strategic advice, and guidance on acquisitions and leases.
Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends and commercial opportunities.
Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective business development and client retention.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to strategic planning for the commercial division.
Requirements: 2/3+ years of experience in commercial property agency.
Demonstrated ability to list stock, win new business, and close deals.
Knowledge of the Essex property market, including trends and growth areas.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ambition to develop into a Head of Commercial role.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the Essex area.
