Cluster HR Manager Are you an experienced and dynamic HR Manager passionate about the hospitalityindustry?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Cluster HR Managerto join the Maldron Hotel Derry and Maldron Hotel Belfast International Airport team!
Objective of the Role: This role reports to the Hotel General Managers & Group HR Business Partner.
As Cluster HR Manager, you will oversee all HR functions, with support from a team of HR executives.
In particular, you will lead employee engagement, drive internal development, and initiate succession planning for all roles.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Oversee all recruitment and selection for the properties, including internal hiring and succession planning.
Support new hire onboarding.
Help to drive training and development & give guidance on internal development programmes.
Ensure a consistently high level of employee engagement within the hotel.
Proactively manage IR and ER issues.
Maintain employee compliance standards for the hotels, including proper HR Records and documentation.
Manage Payroll through the Time and Attendance systems; and monitor the payroll budget regularly, with the General Managers.
Requirements: 2-3 years in an HR role, ideally in a Hotel or customer-focused environment.
Travel will be required between both hotels Ability to influence at all levels of the business.
3rd level qualification is desired for not essential.
Proactive by nature and a self-starter Experience in payroll and cost management.
Strong understanding of employment law and related legislation.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
